Ring Sizing

Our customers are responsible for identifying their correct ring sizes, but we're here to help guide you through the process. To determine your ring size, please visit CHECK YOUR RING SIZE HERE.

Customers who have purchased rings from our Engagement & Wedding Collection can avail of a complimentary ring resizing service within one month from the purchase date.

We also provide a resizing service for jewellery purchased at Obellery. A minimum fee of HKD$250 (for silver rings) and HKD$350 (for 18k gold rings) applies to eligible rings. If resizing isn't possible, we evaluate each situation individually and propose an alternative solution.
